Terms Of Entry

VIP Terms of Entry

• We kindly ask that all table bookings arrive to the venue before 1am, we appreciate at time’s transport can cause you to run late. If this is the case please notify us on the dedicated VIP email; VIP@ministryofsound.com. We cannot however guarantee entry post 1am.
• Deposits are non refundable. If we have 48 hours notice before the date of the booking, we can move your booking to another date of your choice.
• We request that all table bookings are mixed groups and the you adhere to the dress code stated below in the ‘General Terms of Entry’. Not following this guidance may result in being refused entry by management.
• Your table booking includes Entry/Tickets for the maximum number of people the table holds, arrival queue jump, private cloakroom, access to the private VIP toilets, and is inclusive of drinks +15% service charge to the maximum value you have paid for the table. This service charge is optional and if you wish to remove it please speak to a member of staff on the night. Any extra drinks or entry for further guests will need to be paid on the night.
• On arrival you should make your way to the ‘VIP and Guestlist’ que situated to the left of the main entrance; make security aware you have a table booking and our host will take you up to your table; all entry is subject to the below ‘General Terms of Entry’.
• Our VIP cloakroom is subject to capacity and on occasions may not be able to accommodate your belongings.
• VIP is subject to closing earlier than the other rooms in the club; our hosts will communicate this time to you throughout the course of the night.
• No glass bottles of spirits or champagne is allowed to be removed from the VIP area and must remain at the table at all times.

General Terms of Entry

ID

• The minimum age of entry into the Ministry of Sound nightclub ("Club") is 18 unless stated otherwise. Valid ID is required to enter the Club. We will only accept government issued ID such as a photo card driving licence, passport or PASS identification card bearing the PASS hologram.
• In conjunction with local authority guidance, we operate an ID seizure policy whereby any false ID will be confiscated and handed over to the police.

Dress Code

• We ask that our customers arrive smartly dressed and keep it stylish, fashionable and fresh. We work hard to make sure the Club looks ready for you to party so we ask that you do the same. Appropriate jeans, t-shirts and branded trainers are all acceptable. Tracksuits and sportswear are not permitted. Refunds will not be issued on refusal of entry due to our dress code.

Search Policy

• Search procedures are within the legal rights of Ministry of Sound and it is a condition of entry to the Club that all customers agree to be searched prior to entry and throughout the duration of their attendance at the Club (if we should deem necessary). This is for the safety of all our customers. Customers will only be searched by a member of the same sex. If customers refuse to be searched, they will be refused entry and escorted off the premises and refunds will not be issued.
• We operate a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and anyone who we (in our sole opinion) suspect of taking, dealing or asking for drugs will be searched and ejected from the Club. In instances where drugs are found, customers will be detained, and the matter will be reported to the police. Any customers found to be in possession of offensive weapons of any kind will be detained, and the matter will be reported to the police.

Entry Refusal

• The Club's management team reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse admission into the Club. If you are old enough, look the part and act the right way then you will be welcomed into the Club.
• We encourage people to drink responsibly and we reserve the right to refuse admission or service to any customers who we believe (in our sole opinion) are, or appear to be, intoxicated. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and will also lead to refusal of entry to the Club.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All prepaid tickets and packages are sold on a non-refundable basis.
• VIP operates a 48-hour cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel your reservation you should do so no less than 48 hours prior to the event date in order to receive a full refund (less any booking fees). Any cancellation less than 48 hours prior to event date will result in the deposit being retained by Ministry of Sound.

Photography

• Personal photos are permitted in the Club. Unauthorised filming or photography of any kind at the Club is strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing so without our prior written consent is at risk of having his or her property confiscated and being ejected from the Club.
• There may from time to time be promotional and/or commercial photography and visual and/or audio recording of the Club, the DJ's and the customers. By entering the Club, you consent to the filming and recording of your likeness for use by Ministry of Sound for any purpose and in all media.

Lost property

• If an item is found at the Club or left in the cloakroom and not collected, we will endeavour to store the item for a maximum of 30 days. If you have lost an item or had one held during the night but not collected it, please send us a message, you can contact us via lostproperty@ministryofsound.com with as much detail about the item as possible. The more detail you give us the easier it is for us to attempt to locate your item.

Tickting Enquiries

• Blue Lagoon reserves the right to remove participants for violating any of the above rules or engaging in illegal, disruptive, destructive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Large Group Enquiries

• VIP takes bookings of large mixed male and female groups only. If you are a large single sex group, please contact vip@ministryofsound.com prior to booking. Any booking of large single sex groups without contacting us in advance will result in the tickets being non-refundable.
